General conditions of sale

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of books through the website www.tables-auberges.com

The general terms and conditions of sale can be consulted on the website www.tables-auberges.com. They may be subject to change. Consequently, the general terms and conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the site at the time when you place your order.

2. Prices

The prices of books for sale on the site are in euros. They include all taxes and delivery costs.  All orders, regardless of their origin, are invoiced and payable in euros only. The books remain the property of Tables & Auberges de France until full payment has been received, regardless of the date of delivery.

3. Delivery charges

The total price of the order corresponds to the price of the book (free delivery).

5. Availability

Our books are offered while stocks last. If, despite our care and attention, a book you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of permanent unavailability, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be reimbursed.

6. Delivery

6.1. General information

The books will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of your order. In case of payment by credit card, after acceptance of your payment by our banking partner, your order will be shipped within a week. In case of payment by cheque, your order will be reserved and sent within a week after receipt of your payment.

In all cases, Tables & Auberges de France undertakes to deliver the book ordered within 10 days.

6.2. Complaints

You must notify the carrier and Tables & Auberges de France of any complaint about the product delivered, for example in the case of a damaged or already opened package. You must inform us of your complaint within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card online (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard,). Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. For orders placed by post, it is possible to pay by bank or postal cheque (issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France) made payable to Tables & Auberges de France Développement.

In this case, the processing of your order will only be carried out on receipt of the cheque which should be sent to : Tables & Auberges de France Développement – BP 81225, 31012 Toulouse cedex 06

8. Returns / Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the book. You are responsible for the return delivery costs.

Damaged or spoiled books will not be refunded.

9. Jurisdiction

Online sales made through our website, by e-mail or by telephone are subject to French law.

10. Reservation of ownership

We reserve ownership of the books sold on our website until full payment of the price.
