A child of the Lochois country, chef Jérôme Roy and his wife Valérie have taken on a new challenge at the end of 2019 by setting up shop at Opidom in Fondettes. Accustomed to working together in great houses, in France and abroad, this globetrotting couple decided to share their own vision of gastronomy through signature menus in several sequences.
