Nicolas and Aurélie FLEURANCE make yoghurts, fresh cheeses, tome and feta type cheese with the milk of their Basque-Bearn breed of sheep. Their farm is self-sufficient for the food of their ewes, and committed to Organic Agriculture, in the middle of 41 hectares of wild nature. Visits can be made from April to October.
