Véronique CAUVIN is a cheese maker, a graduate of the Ferrandi School of Gastronomy, a home chef, a culinary author and is known for the creativity of her cheese platters and compositions. Her cheese shop (2 outlets), located in Vannes (Halles des Lices) and 6 place Lyautey, as well as at the market of Le Palais in Belle-Ile-en-Mer, offers a quality selection of nearly 250 regional, French and European cheeses from demanding producers and a more regional and organic production of Breton cheeses and dairy products. Second prize winner of the 2018 Gourmet Breakfast Trophy.
