Maxence DE COIGNAC, son and grandson of a farmer, started an AMAP (association for the maintenance of a peasant agriculture) in 2006. As soon as he created his farm, he wanted to convert his vegetable garden to organic farming and obtained certification 3 years later for his small production of 1 hectare. All the crops are sown in the ground in the open field or under cold shelter. AMAP in Balma and Quint-Fonsegrives (you have to register on the waiting list for the 2016-2017 season).
Spécialités : légumes potagers traditionnels et de fleurs comestibles (fleurs de courgettes, de bourrache, thym d’hiver) ; micro-végétaux et aromatiques.
