The two brothers, Alain and Xavier, have been running this emblematic restaurant since 1991. It has been completely renovated and given a decoration inspired by the archives of the Canal du Midi – a terrace overlooks the canal and the lock from which the restaurant takes its name. The menu is very local and is constantly renewed according to the availability of seasonal produce. Almost everything is home-made.
