Domaine du Moulin

The HIRISSOU family is a family of winegrowers from father to son for 6 generations (over 180 years). The first vines were planted in 1827. Today the estate has more than 40 hectares of production located on both banks of the Tarn and offers several grape varieties: Braucols and Duras in red, Muscadelle and Mauzac in white. The vintages are proposed at several great chefs (Bernard Bach, Yannick Alléno....) and many awarded in France and abroad. The wines are typical, original and fully express their terroir.

Spécialités : cuvée Florentin (pur braucol) et les cuvées vielles vignes (rouge et blanc) ; cuvée Faucon ; la méthode ancestrale (pur mauzac) aux notes acidulées est l’origine des vins de Gaillac.
