After a career in real estate, Jean-Claude BOUEILH started producing wine out of passion with Benoît VALERY, oenologist. The 25 hectare vineyard is located on the steep slopes of the Corbières foothills, at the gateway to Leucate in the communes of Fitou, Treilles and Caves. The soil is rich in schist and very stony, the vines are old (from 5 to 50 years). The Fitou is both rich, powerful and delicate. Point of sale : Caveau Valfaures, rue du Docteur Sidras in Leucate.
Spécialités : cuvée Fitou Estacades 2015 ; Cuvée Darius 2015 ; Fitou Sesterce 2015.
