Since 1975, the Montbardon Cheese Factory has been collecting local milk and milking the goats on its farm every day to harvest the essential material for its production. Fresh cheeses and other dairy products made from cow's, goat's and sheep's milk are made here, from father to son. This artisanal production with raw milk is then refined in the cellars located under the cheese dairy.
