Originally, the TÉCHENÉ family has been farming land in the town of Valentine for 5 generations. Pierre TÉCHENÉ took over the family business with his wife in 1977. In 1982, they diversified their activity by buying dairy cows (Prim'Holstein). Today, they have a workshop of artisanal production put at the standards and a cellar of refining on the spot.
Spécialités : yaourts fermiers au lait entier (nature, sucré saveur vanille) et brassés (aux fruits fraise ou myrtille) ; fromages (affinés 2 mois, lactiques, pâte molle) ; fromage blanc battu.
