Since 1907, this family house has been offering foie gras, made from Label Rouge duck, Landes origins. To produce these beautiful products, the know-how of this farm has remained authentic: free-range ducks of traditional stock, raised in the open air on grassy pastures; Whole grain corn-fed (GMO-free). Present on the markets of Dax, Peyrehorade, Orthez, Saint Palais and in the halls of Biarritz and Bordeaux.

Spécialités : canard gras des Landes Label Rouge ; Noir de Bigorre en cru et salaisons.
