This family business was created in 1922 by the great-grandfather of the current owner Mathieu LASCOURS. Today, the Lascours House has 3 butcher shops in Muret, Lherm and Lacroix Falgarde. Mathieu travels every month to the Tarn to select his beef (from Limousin, Charolais, Aubrac, but also Galician, Angus and Kobe beef). The poultry comes from a traditional breeding in the Landes.
