This family business, founded in 1983, specializes in Gers rosé veal. This ancestral product was only developed 10 years ago through a commercial brand Lou Béthêt which means veal in Gascon. The brand belongs to the association of the breeders of Gers ADEL 32 of which Simon FAULONG is the president. The calves are raised under the mother (fed by her) and then fed with cereals produced by the farm, with precise specifications. The meat has an inimitable taste and has recently obtained a Label Rouge.
