The Gourmet Breakfast Trophy returns on 30th November 2022 for its 5th edition. And it’s even more innovative than before.
Tables & Auberges de France launched this morning meal initiative in 2017 by the creation of a competition open to amateurs, professionals and hoteliers; and for students at school or in vocational training centres. Breakfast is inextricably linked to the pleasures of preparing and eating good food, and to our culinary heritage. It is part of the story of childhood, travels and emotions... Since the creation of the Trophy, Tables & Auberges has relied on the loyal support of prestigious jury members, competition participants and the Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table, which will once again host the final of the competition in November 2022.
