In the commune of Cabrerolles, Le Mas Nicolas is part of the AOP Faugères appellation. This estate is run by Nicolas Maury, a very young winemaker who built his private cellar, made his first vinification in 2014 and his first bottling in May 2015. The vineyard allows to make wines (rosé, white, red) from grape varieties such as Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre or Viognier.
Spécialités : Viognier, bio, vins d’exception.
