In charge is Michel Vasseur, a retired butcher and caterer who has opened this restaurant in the old village café, maintaining the original façade and all the charm of the place: the old hearth, the blue tiles, the beams, the old stones and the antique furnishings. There is no need for a menu because the daily specialities are written on the blackboard. The sentence in local dialect written on the board says it all: “Here one has to look at the slates to eat!”.
