For almost 40 years, the chef Patrick Bertron has been exploring the treasures of the Morvan, Burgundy, his adopted land. Patrick Bertron's cuisine interprets Burgundy in a creative, intuitive, modern but resolutely gourmet way. Born in Brittany, the chef also draws on the flavors of his childhood.

In the heart of Beaune, a city of art and history, chef Keishi SUGIMURA elegantly elaborates the chic, sober and creative cuisine that makes his restaurant distinctive.
