The Château du Mont Joly brings together history, modernity and precious materials in perfect harmony. Cathy and Vincent Grandmougin welcome you to their restaurant on the bank of the Loue, a river renowned for its trout fishing. During your gourmet stay you will be invited to taste the chef’s regional cuisine in which trout has a place of honour (it is a house speciality).
